Operating guidelines to reduce covid-19 infection risk

We’re looking forward to welcoming you back.

In the interest of others, please stay at home if you or anyone in your household has a temperature or feels unwell.

When you arrive, please go directly to your allocated rehearsal room and enter by the external door.

Sanitise your hands using the dispenser on the wall in your rehearsal room.

Please sign your band into the Track and Trace book, which will be in the kitchen area. (We only need one member of the band to do this).

Maintain social distancing of 2m. When this isn’t possible, please keep to 1m and wear a face mask.

Please bring your own refreshments as the Kitchen is off bounds for tea and coffee etc. Please help by taking empty bottles and packaging home.

We recommend you wear a face mask at all times when you’re indoors.
Vocalists should face away from fellow band members when possible.

Open the external door of your rehearsal room to ventilate it when you’re having a break and at the end of your session (weather permitting).
When you’re playing music, please keep the door closed so we don’t annoy local residents.

When entering the lobby to access the toilet please observe social distancing guidelines.
Please use hand wash dispenser and paper towels in the toilet – and the sanitiser station in the kitchen area.

When your rehearsal is finished please use hand sanitiser and go directly outside. Please take your rubbish home with you.

All equipment will be sanitised between rehearsal sessions and mic capsules replaced.

Note: payment will be restricted to BACs transfer, contactless card.
